Waltham Green

Club N Gauge Layout

Progress being maid on our club N gauge layout ‘Waltham Green’ …. The track is ballasted, platforms have been made and are currently removable so that at some point we might install lighting. The station building is ‘kit bashed’ from a Peco station building kit and station masters house kit, some more details need adding to the structure and the roof needs to weathered. You can see in the photos work has started on the scenery with a road bridge at the end of the platform and some hills which will go up to the back scene. 

The layout will be at our club show in Knowl Hill in June as a work in progress, we will have some more scenic work coupled around the station area and have trains running, pop along and see how a model railway is constructed.
